At Jogo Ice Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted exclusively for each client. Because our jewelry is custom-made to your exact specifications, all sales are final.

Custom Orders

All custom jewelry, including pendants, rings, bracelets, chains, earrings, bezels, and any personalized or made-to-order pieces, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been placed.

Each piece is manufactured specifically for you using custom CAD designs, precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and specialized craftsmanship that cannot be resold as standard inventory.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled. This includes changes to design, metal type, stone selection, engraving, sizing, or any other custom specifications.

Final Sale

By placing an order with Jogo Ice Jewelry, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom-made jewelry under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
