Welcome to Jogo Ice Jewelry. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing from Jogo Ice Jewelry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Custom-Made Jewelry

Jogo Ice Jewelry specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order jewelry. Every piece is manufactured specifically for each client based on the approved design and selected specifications.

Because each item is custom-made, slight variations in gold weight, dimensions, stone placement, finish, and other details may occur. These variations are a normal part of the custom manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

3. Design Approval

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all CAD renderings, measurements, engravings, and design details before production begins.

Once a design has been approved and manufacturing has started, design changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if modifications can still be accommodated.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Due to fluctuations in precious metal and diamond markets, pricing is subject to change until an order has been confirmed by Jogo Ice Jewelry.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product information at any time.

5. Payment

Full payment or the required deposit must be received before production begins.

Orders may be delayed if payment authorization cannot be completed.

Jogo Ice Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

6. Production Time

Estimated production times are provided as a guideline only.

Most custom orders require approximately 4–6 weeks to complete, although certain projects may require additional time depending on complexity, material availability, or production volume.

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Shipping

Completed orders are shipped via UPS with Signature Confirmation and full shipping insurance.

Shipping costs are invoiced separately once the piece has been completed unless otherwise agreed upon.

The customer is responsible for selecting and paying for any expedited shipping services.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided and a signature has been obtained by the carrier.

8. Final Sale Policy

All custom jewelry is made exclusively for the individual client.

Accordingly, all sales are final. Jogo Ice Jewelry does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

9. Warranty and Repairs

Jogo Ice Jewelry stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship.

Warranty coverage, repair eligibility, maintenance services, and exclusions are governed by our separate Warranty Policy.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper care, normal wear, modifications performed by another jeweler, or loss of jewelry is not covered under warranty.

10. Product Care

Jewelry should be worn responsibly and inspected periodically.

Customers are responsible for properly maintaining their jewelry. We recommend removing jewelry during heavy labor, sports, weightlifting, swimming, sleeping, or any activity that may subject the piece to excessive force or impact.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to photographs, videos, product designs, CAD renderings, logos, graphics, text, marketing materials, and branding, is the exclusive property of Jogo Ice Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jogo Ice Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Jogo Ice Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline future business at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abusive behavior, payment disputes, inaccurate pricing, or violations of these Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

Jogo Ice Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this website.

Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
