At Jogo Ice Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted to order and built specifically for each client. Because each item is custom-made, production takes time to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Production Time

Most custom orders require approximately 4–6 weeks to complete. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design, material availability, or order volume. Once your piece has passed our final quality inspection, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS with:

• Signature Confirmation (required upon delivery)

• Full Shipping Insurance

• Secure, discreet packaging

This ensures your jewelry is protected throughout transit and delivered safely.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price and will be invoiced once your piece is completed and ready to ship.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which is typically around $20 within the United States, though the exact shipping cost will depend on your destination and insurance value.

If you prefer UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Overnight, we are happy to accommodate your request. The client is responsible for the full cost of any expedited shipping service selected.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been delivered to the address provided and the required signature has been obtained by UPS, Jogo Ice Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to sign for delivery.
